Finally we have a date for our wine tasting and vegan dinner together with Déjà bu?

The French Burgundy wine expert Nicolás Drouhin from Déjà bu? will guide our guests through the land of Burgundy wine (Bourgogne in French) together with Italo-Chilean food consultant and vegan cook, Claudia Peña de Silvestri from gnamo will take care of elaborating a delicious plant-based 6 courses menu to pair with the 6 exclusive wines from small Burgundy domains presented by the wine connoisseur.
