On October the 12th, we had the pleasure to build a Food Art installation for the Gründer-Garage 2014, we have fed 300 guests and our gnamo Cube and the vegan super food forest buffet were a great success! We enjoyed all the process, the concept, the research, the design, the creation we had fun because we love our job, we love to develop culinary experiences, and when you do what you love then it’s easy to give back that love in a food shape. But the best part of course it is always to see people faces and reaction when they eventually discover vegan food, a lady eating one of the Tempura marinated shrimps with mango chili emulsion could not believe it…
Surprisingly amused lady: It is vegan? Are you sure?
gnamo: Yes mam, our team of cooks and eating designers prepared both installations, all the food you will find here is vegan.
Surprisingly amused lady: But…wow! Also the Crunchy haselnut chicken lollipop over there and that Peking duck roll, too?
gnamo: Yes, everything!
